Location: the hotel was just off restaurants nearby, Cartagena and supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants. The breakfast was particularly good with a lot of food, including chocolate, fresh bread and fruit. We were there for 1 night, overall had a fantastic stay.

The staff were kind and accommodating, with Claudia and Amparo ensuring every need was met. The spacious room was complemented by a well-maintained garden where I enjoyed good breakfasts with fresh fruit and local delicacies.

The room was tiny and the air conditioning was a total mess, barely keeping up. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my painful experience but received nothing, just like the breakfast that wasn't fresh at all. I almost wanted to give a good review but just couldn't with such poor treatment. Disappointing, really.

Though the area is generally safe, nighttime strolls can feel a bit lonely. While the staff's kindness shone through, their limited English made communication challenging at times.

This lovely colonial house offers an enchanting stay. And the breakfasts are delicious! My cozy room was comfortable, with ample amenities for a quick stay. There's a peaceful garden. A good experience that exceeded my expectations!
